Jane Stebbins

Jane Stebbins moved to Boulder from Ottawa, Canada in 1964. She attended the University of Colorado and the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, earning a Bachelor's degree in French with minor studies in Political Science and English Literature. Jane opened and managed a successful Boulder travel agency before entering the real estate industry in 1980. She founded Meridian Properties, Incorporated in 1984.

Linda Rich moved to Boulder in 1983 from the Washington, D.C. area. She attended Montgomery College in Maryland and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C., studying Fine Arts. With 10 years of experience assisting the owner of Meridian Properties in all phases of the real estate process, Linda looks forward with enthusiasm and confidence in guiding her friends, neighbors, and associates to a successful real estate transaction.
