Jane first moved to Boulder from Canada, earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado, and in 1980 opened Meridian Properties Real Estate Firm. For the next 28 years she earned a reputation of specializing in valuing, marketing and selling the communities’ finer homes. She enjoys a reputation for professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and above all devotion to client service.

In 2008, Jane merged Meridian Properties with Goodacre and Company, two of Boulder’s most recognized names in real estate. The two firms joined forces to form one of the region’s strongest high-end residential realties. The combined firms represent nearly half of the local market share in residential transactions.
